Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

A technique that combines tapping meridian acupoints while using affirmations

EFT focusses on the root cause of emotional disharmony. The technique, which is easy to learn and use, involves tapping along the body’s meridians in parallel with repeating positive affirmations and can eliminate negative and painful emotions associated with feelings such as low self-esteem, phobias, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress and more.

A treatment lasts for 55 minutes and costs £49 per treatment.

What to expect from a treatment

During an EFT session the therapist will discuss the issue that maybe causing you some stress and concern. The therapist will then ask you to follow a tapping pattern or alternatively the therapist will tap the specific acupoints on the body while encouraging you to speak about how you feel.  During this time the therapist will also introduce positive affirmations to combat the negative thinking pattern that has been created. This type of therapy can effectively reduce if not eliminate conditions that have caused stress or concern in your life allowing you to move on with confidence and without fear of the past. This can be a very liberating experience.
