In modern everyday life, we understand stress and anxiety is increasing for many individuals and our treatments are focussed on bringing it back to basics – reconnecting with your body, emotions and people. We help to improve your mood and mind.

Our therapies focus on improving the resilience, health and wellbeing of our clients. Where possible, that can include teaching take home techniques to ensure the ‘feel good’ vibe remains between treatments. Like all things in life there is an ebb and flow, times when things just fall into place and other times when we feel the world is against us.

At Mandala Flow we believe treatments should follow individual patterns, we help clients with everyday issues and provide them with tools to help deal with these challenges better. Some clients like a regular session to keep their energies ticking away nicely whilst others prefer to come when they feel they need a ‘pick me up’.
